PANews reported on February 6 that according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a newly created multi-signature wallet withdrew 399 million $ALT from Binance, worth about $19.82 million. The day before, the wallet withdrew 1,000 $ALT and destroyed it. Currently, the wallet may belong to AltLayer, which is yet to be officially confirmed.
