Specifically, he spent 18.49 million USDT through two addresses on October 25, bought 7,428 ETH at an average price of $2,490, and sold them at an average price of $2,535 half an hour ago. Currently, the trader still holds 5,121 ETH through the address 0x6c2…777, worth about $13 million.
