These text messages revealed that Gemini had sought legal action regarding its civil case with the CFTC , but Quintenz refused to provide any guarantees. Quintenz claimed that after the text messages, Gemini contacted the White House to request a halt to his nomination. Gemini is about to launch an IPO , targeting a $ 3 billion valuation.
