PANews reported on August 25th that @ai_9684xtpa monitored a withdrawal of 5,000 ETH (worth $23.97 million) from Binance at address 0x22D...89028 two hours ago. This address had previously withdrawn a small amount of 1.062 tokens three months ago when ETH was valued at $2,637, but appears to be building a position now that ETH's value has risen.
