PANews reported on September 11th that according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin, Binance announced the launch of PUMP at 7:30 AM. Half an hour later, 13 billion PUMP (US$74.24 million) was transferred from the PUMP treasury address to Kraken. According to the project, this was to increase CEX liquidity.
