1. Border and Immigration Policy :
• Declare a national border emergency and send more armed forces to the border;
• End asylum policies and close borders to stop illegal immigration;
• Restarting the “Remain in Mexico” policy and moving forward with border wall construction;
• Suspend refugee resettlement programs for at least four months;
• Take action to end birthright citizenship;
• Targeting related criminal groups and designating them as global terrorist organizations;
• Ten border-related executive orders will be issued on Monday.
2. Energy and Economic Policy :
• Declare a national energy emergency;
• Ending electric vehicle tax incentives;
• The inflation memo calls on the government to take “all measures” to tackle inflation, but does not set a specific target for oil prices.
3. Social and judicial policies :
• Ending federal diversity and inclusion programs;
• Reinstate the death penalty as part of public safety;
• Ensure official documents, including passports and visas, accurately reflect gender.
