PANews reported on December 9 that according to Onchain Lens monitoring, the Royal Government of Bhutan transferred 406.074 bitcoins, worth approximately US$40 million, to QCP Capital.

The address currently still holds 12,202 bitcoins with a market value of approximately US$1.2 billion.
