Strengthen the open source ecosystem, promote technological innovation, product development, application practice and achievement transformation based on star open source projects; cultivate a number of basic and forward-looking open source projects in the fields of large models, embodied intelligence, and autonomous driving; focus on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide replicable and easy-to-promote training and promotion frameworks, development examples, testing tools and open source codes.
