PANews reported on December 23 that ai16z founder Shaw posted on the X platform to explain the relationship between its organizational structure and entities: ①ai16z is a permissionless DAO with two tokens, ai16z and degenai. ②elizaOS is an open source AI Agent framework. ③Eliza Labs is responsible for building elizaOS. ④ELIZA token is an unofficial independent team, recognized by ai16z, and is a different team from ai16z.

Shaw stressed that nothing has changed, it's just a clarification to address people's confusion.
