PANews reported on January 6 that according to Cointelegraph, South Korea's Jeju Island plans to issue NFT tourist cards to attract the younger generation of Korean tourists to travel. The tourist card linked to NFT will first be tested and then fully launched in the second half of 2025. The card will provide travel subsidies and discounts for tourist attractions around the island.
