PANews reported on January 9 that the proposal previously submitted by the VitaDAO community to distribute 6.9 million BIO tokens to VITA and VITA IPT holders has been rejected.

According to the proposal, the distribution plan is to allocate 5.52 million BIO to VITA holders and 1.38 million BIO to VITA IPT holders, using multiple snapshots and a tiered mechanism to ensure fairness, and is planned to be implemented between January and March 2025. However, the proposal failed to gain community support.
