PANews reported on May 30 that according to social media, Italian legendary defender and World Cup champion Marco Materazzi is suspected of launching a meme token Trash Talk Coin ($TTC) was created to commemorate his legendary moments of trash talk on the pitch. Materazzi was one of the protagonists of Zidane's header incident in the 2006 World Cup final, which became one of the most widely circulated football memes in the world.

It is said that $TTC was officially launched on the evening of May 29 through the Solana ecosystem fair launch platform Cooking City. The project owner said that the token "represents some important meaning" and will be revealed later. Whether $TTC is an official project of Materazzi has yet to be confirmed.
