PANews reported on June 11 that U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune said today that the GENIUS Act (Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for US Stablecoins Act), which aims to bring cryptocurrency into the mainstream, needs to be passed urgently. He stressed that the bill will help promote the widespread acceptance and application of cryptocurrency. Leader Thune called on Congress to pass this legislation as soon as possible to achieve greater popularization of cryptocurrency.
