PANews reported on December 11 that Spot On Chain monitoring showed that two long-term untouched wallets (possibly the same entity) spent $10.12 million to purchase 2,736 ETH an hour ago, with an average purchase price of $3,699. The two wallets had previously withdrawn stablecoins from Binance a year ago, but only now made their first purchase.
