PANews reported on November 29 that Whale Alert monitoring showed that at around 14:47 Beijing time today, a dormant address containing 16 BTC was activated after 11 years. These bitcoins were worth only US$18,369 in 2013, and their current value has risen to approximately US$1,558,440.
