PANews reported on December 10 that according to Techinasia, Richard Teng, CEO of crypto exchange Binance, said in a speech at Abu Dhabi Financial Week that the company is still considering potential locations for its global headquarters, and tax laws and the ability to attract talent are key factors in making this decision. Teng did not disclose which regions are being considered.
