PANews reported on March 5 that according to Fortune, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Commissioner Hester Peirce (known as "Crypto Mom") defended the SEC's recent decision to withdraw lawsuits against crypto companies, emphasizing that the law should not become a "trap game."

In the first month of the Trump administration, the crypto industry welcomed a number of positive news, including Trump's announcement to establish a strategic reserve of digital assets and the pardon of Ross Ulbricht, founder of the dark web market Silk Road.
