SEC rejects VanEck’s spot Bitcoin ETF as BTC price falls below $63K

The SEC has rejected VanEck's spot Bitcoin ETF application, stating that approving it would not prevent fraudulent practices or protect investors, as Bitcoin's price drops below $63,000.
