PANews reported on July 7 that 48Club disclosed in a TG announcement that in last week's KOGE trading competition, due to a backend logic error, the first user who clicked to claim the reward mistakenly took away the entire prize pool that was supposed to be shared by 2,713 users, totaling 1,807 KOGE, equivalent to $86,736. Currently, the funds in the user's address have been transferred to Binance.
48Club said that it hopes the user can contact it actively. If the user returns the money, the user will be allowed to keep 50% as a "white hat behavior" vulnerability bonus. Before receiving a contact, the address will be suspended from participating in the next 2713 trading competitions. If the user does not respond, the address will not be able to participate in the KOGE trading competition again until 2713 weeks later (about 52 years). 48Club said it will make repairs and compensation arrangements for the system.
