PANews reported on May 23 that according to The Block, hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger has launched a Solana-themed Ledger Flex device. This touchscreen wallet is pre-installed with non-transferable Soulbound tokens, which may unlock rewards in the future. The device supports the secure storage and trading of Solana's native SPL tokens, and is compatible with mainstream networks such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Dan Albert, executive director of the Solana Foundation, said that the device will help Solana ecosystem users get better security. This is the second time Ledger has customized a hardware product for a single public chain after launching a Bitcoin-themed wallet in 2024.
