However, after understanding the situation with teams, launch platforms, and projects ready to go online, it was found that two things kept appearing: one is that token issuance is decentralized and rigid, and the other is that most teams lack the flexibility or control needed to succeed. Therefore, the Meteora Release Guide was launched, but it should be made clear that in order to maintain transparency and neutrality, Meteora will not cross the following boundaries:

3. No customized consulting or strategies are provided.
