PANews reported on February 10 that US retail sales in December rose 0% month-on-month, below market expectations of 0.4% and the previous month's figure of 0.60%. Additionally, the US fourth-quarter labor cost index rose 0.7% quarter-on-quarter, also below expectations of 0.80% and the previous month's figure of 0.80%.
