PANews reported on February 11th that ByteDance's AI assistant, Doubao, has begun a gray-scale test of its latest video generation model, Seedance 2.0. Users included in the gray-scale test can already see the Seedance 2.0 option by clicking on "AI Creation" in the Doubao app and selecting "Video Generation." Testing revealed that Seedance 2.0 can currently be used to create 5-second or 10-second videos on the Doubao app. Meanwhile, on ByteDance's one-stop AI creation platform, "Jimeng," users can choose to create videos ranging from 4 to 15 seconds.
