PANews reported on February 16th that YZi Labs announced that its team submitted a revised preliminary consent statement for BNC to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 13th, and it is currently under review. YZi Labs reminded shareholders that they are currently unable to vote or submit consent forms and should wait for official updates regarding the timeline.
