Metaplanet's financial report: It has already held 35,100 Bitcoins and plans to lock up 1% of the supply by 2027.

PANews reported on February 16th that Metaplanet, a Japanese Bitcoin treasury company, released its fiscal year 2025 financial report on the X platform. The report disclosed that the company's revenue reached 8.905 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 738.3%; operating profit was 6.287 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 1694.5%. Furthermore, Metaplanet has become the largest Bitcoin holder in Japan, holding 35,102 Bitcoins as of the end of 2025, accounting for approximately 0.16% of the global Bitcoin supply. It ranks fourth among global public companies in terms of Bitcoin holdings and plans to achieve its goal of holding 1% of the global Bitcoin supply by 2027. Metaplanet will continue to use its "Bitcoin yield business" as its core profit growth driver.
