Wyoming Senator Cynthia Loomis first announced the initiative on Monday, stating that Kraken will fund all Trump Accounts set up for newborns in Wyoming. Kraken stated that Wyoming was chosen because of the state's "responsible" approach to cryptocurrency regulation.
