Current members are primarily leaders from chip and infrastructure companies, including Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, AMD CEO Lisa Su, Oracle founder Larry Ellison, and Dell Technologies founder Michael Dell, emphasizing "builders" and industry experience. The council, which could expand to 24 members, will advise the president on science and technology policy, the economy, jobs, and national security, reflecting the White House's current preference for the involvement of AI infrastructure builders in policymaking.
