Steakhouse Financial: We are resolving the DNS hijacking attack incident; the front end has not yet been restored, but depositors' funds are safe.

PANews reported on March 31 that DeFi project Steakhouse Financial disclosed yesterday that it had suffered a phone-based social engineering attack against OVH Cloud. The attackers changed the DNS A records of the main website and app subdomains to point to a malicious IP address and attempted to initiate a 5-day domain transfer. The changes have now been reversed, the DNS records have been cleared, and they are working with OVH to resolve the issue. All vaults and contracts were unaffected, depositors' funds are safe, and no other service accounts were compromised. Please do not interact with the official website or emails until the issue is resolved. A detailed post-incident report will be released as soon as possible. Early this morning, Steakhouse Financial stated that during the period when the website's DNS records were being cleared, vaults could still be accessed directly through Morpho, and all functions, including deposits and withdrawals, were normal. Further confirmation will be provided after the front-end is restored.
