Analysis: Bitcoin volatility may increase in April, with geopolitical and inflationary pressures being key variables.

PANews reported on April 1st that, according to BIT analysis, April has historically been a strong month for Bitcoin, but this pattern has become less consistent in recent years. Since 2020, if momentum is high at the beginning of the month, volatility and direction tend to intensify throughout the month. The current RSI has fallen to 47%, within the neutral range, close to the starting point of the same period last year, indicating relatively mild initial conditions.

However, considering the recent market environment, Bitcoin may still face some pressure at the beginning of the month. Geopolitical uncertainty continues to disrupt sentiment, and rising inflation concerns are prompting the market to reassess the future policy paths of major central banks. Compared to the range-bound trading in March, volatility may increase in April. Therefore, April will be a crucial observation window: whether the previous downward pressure has gradually eased, and whether the market has begun to form clearer directional signals.
