The Cyberspace Administration of China plans to strengthen the management of digital virtual human information services.

PANews reported on April 4 that the Cyberspace Administration of China issued a notice soliciting public opinions on the "Administrative Measures for Digital Virtual Human Information Services (Draft for Comment)". The draft proposes to strengthen the management of digital virtual human information services. It stipulates that from the start of a digital virtual human service, service providers, users, and providers of online information content dissemination services must continuously display a prominent sign containing the word "digital human" in the digital virtual human display area, and comply with relevant national regulations on the labeling of artificial intelligence-generated and synthesized content.
