PANews reported on April 10th that, according to Jinshi News, Iran's Tasnim News Agency, citing a source, stated that Foreign Minister Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf have not left Iran. Both senior officials remain in Tehran, actively fulfilling their national duties amidst the evolving regional situation. The source stated, "Reports in some media outlets claiming that an Iranian negotiating team has arrived in Islamabad, Pakistan, to negotiate with the Americans are completely untrue." He emphasized, "As long as the United States does not fulfill its ceasefire commitments in Lebanon, and the Zionist regime continues its attacks, the negotiations will remain stalled." Previously, the Wall Street Journal claimed that an Iranian delegation arrived in Islamabad on Thursday evening.
Iranian state media vehemently denied rumors of a trip to Pakistan for negotiations.
