The White House confirmed that the US, Iran, and Pakistan held face-to-face talks in Islamabad.

PANews reported on April 11 that, according to CCTV News, the White House stated that the United States, Iran, and mediator Pakistan held face-to-face talks in Islamabad that day. This is reportedly the highest-level face-to-face meeting between the US and Iran since 1979. A senior White House official revealed that key members of the US delegation included Vice President Vance, Presidential Envoy Witkov, and Trump's son-in-law Kushner. In addition, a group of US experts are currently providing support in Islamabad, with more US experts providing remote support from Washington. Iranian participants in the face-to-face talks reportedly included Iranian Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf and Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi. Furthermore, at least one Pakistani official also participated in the talks.
