DeFi project Enhanced Labs Inc. announced the completion of a $1 million strategic pre-seed funding round, led by Maximum Frequency Ventures, with participation from GSR, Selini, Flowdesk, and others. Enhanced focuses on packaging options and derivatives strategies into easy-to-use products, advancing in three main directions: first, providing more competitive yields through improved auction mechanisms and capital efficiency; second, expanding option yield strategies from mainstream assets to more on-chain assets, including tokenized real-world assets; and third, simplifying complex operational processes, allowing users to choose products based on objectives such as "yield, hedging, or structured exposure." The funds will be used for product development and operational infrastructure.
DeFi protocol Splyce Finance has announced the completion of a strategic funding round, with investors including the Sui Foundation, Stellar Organization, Solana Foundation, Lucid Drakes, Sarson Funds, and Kin Capital. Splyce aims to provide borrowers with interest rate certainty and lenders with real returns.

Web3 AI project Oh has raised $7.5 million in Series A funding, led by Maven11 Capital, with participation from L1D, Auros Global, Hashed, Maelstrom Fund, and Cadenza Ventures. Existing seed investors Cyber Fund, Kosmos VC, and Tangent also participated. This brings Oh's total funding to $12 million. Oh focuses on developing uncensored generative AI models and applications. Its ecosystem includes OhChat, an immersive interactive platform for AI characters, and the OH token for governance and platform utilities. The project team states that Oh aims to decentralize AI governance and provide monetization opportunities for creators through interoperable AI characters.
Secure Blockchain acquired an ElizaOS-based AI agent company and secured $1.5 million in funding led by the Eliza Foundation.
Canadian publicly traded company Secure Blockchain announced the completion of its all-stock acquisition of Agentic Solutions Limited, an AI agent company based on ElizaOS, for approximately US$450,000 (5 million ordinary shares). Simultaneously, the company completed a US$1.5 million private placement, with the Eliza Foundation subscribing to approximately 50% of the shares (approximately US$750,000). The proceeds will be used for AI agent development, platform construction, and operational funding.
In addition, the company settled $500,000 in debt by issuing approximately 4.44 million shares. Following the transaction, the total share capital is approximately 32.59 million shares, with a market value of approximately $3.67 million based on the financing price. These shares are locked until August 11, 2026. Agentic Solutions is a commercialization partner of ElizaOS, focusing on developing enterprise-grade AI agent products on this framework; ElizaOS, created by Eliza Labs, is one of the most active open-source AI agent frameworks. Secure Blockchain, previously focused on blockchain-embedded email encryption, is transitioning to the Agentic AI field after this acquisition.

Public blockchain project Pharos announced the completion of a $44 million Series A funding round, with investors including Sumitomo Corporation CVC, SNZ, Chainlink, Flow Traders, and several undisclosed global financial institutions. Pharos positions itself as a native Layer 1 financial asset platform for Real-Time Asset Exploitation (RWA) and traditional finance, highlighting its deep parallel execution architecture and native compliance, aiming to tap into the approximately $50 trillion RWA and TradeFi market. During the AtlanticOcean testnet phase, the project claims to have achieved participation from millions of users and addresses, and has reached a solar energy asset RWA cooperation agreement with photovoltaic company GCL Group.
RWA L1 network SimpleChain raises $15 million in seed funding.
RWA Layer 1 network SimpleChain announced the completion of a $15 million seed funding round, with participation from family offices and institutional investors. SimpleChain aims to build the RWA Layer 1 network, positioning itself as RWA's "Institutional OS." The network will be powered by granular data and native CaaS, dedicated to providing financial-grade infrastructure for the tokenization of real-world assets globally.
Libera, a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, announced the completion of a new round of financing, with participation from AlloyX Ventures, the venture capital arm of Nasdaq-listed SOLOWIN HOLDINGS. The specific investment amount was not disclosed. The new funds will be used to advance the construction of compliant digital infrastructure.
Centralized Finance
Indian crypto rewards fintech platform GoSats has raised $5 million in Series A funding, led by Konvoy, with participation from Y Combinator, Taisu Ventures, and several angel investors. GoSats offers users Bitcoin and gold rewards, boasts an annualized transaction volume of $40 million, and has distributed over $53,700 (approximately 500 million Indian rupees) in Bitcoin and gold rewards since its inception.
This funding will be used for user growth, development of new fintech products, AI-based personalized services, and expansion of the engineering, product, and growth teams. GoSats lowers the barrier to entry for new users into the cryptocurrency space by tying Bitcoin and gold rewards to everyday spending, while simultaneously putting competitive pressure on traditional loyalty programs. In India's complex crypto regulatory environment, GoSats operates its rewards product within the Virtual Digital Asset (VDA) compliance framework, providing users with access to the crypto asset class.
Previously, in 2022, it was reported that Bitcoin rewards company GoSats completed a $4 million Pre-A round of financing, with Y Combinator and others participating in the investment .
Gobi Partners announced an investment in Transak, a global payments infrastructure provider, to support the expansion of its compliant stablecoin and digital asset payment services in Asia. Founded in 2019, Transak provides a regulated payment layer that enables two-way exchange between fiat currency and digital assets through a single API, covering KYC, anti-money laundering, risk monitoring, licensing requirements, and local payment integration. The company has already obtained 21 regulatory approvals in the US, UK, Eurozone, Australia, Canada, and India, and is poised to expand into the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Transak has established its Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong and plans to deepen its integration with regional payment networks and banking partners.
OKX Ventures and HashKey invest in Vietnam exchange CAEX
OKX Ventures and HashKey Capital have invested in Vietnam Prosperity Crypto Asset Exchange (CAEX) and become its strategic partners. This funding round brings CAEX's total capital to approximately $380 million, meeting the entry threshold for the Vietnamese government's pilot program. Launched under Resolution 05/2025, this program aims to provide compliance licenses for local crypto exchanges and encourage trading activity to return to Vietnam.
OKX and HashKey will reportedly provide CAEX with infrastructure, security, compliance, and liquidity support. Vietnam has previously passed the Digital Technology Industry Law, formally recognizing crypto assets and establishing a regulatory framework, while strengthening anti-money laundering requirements to promote compliant development in the industry.

DeSci's NanoVita project completes Series A funding.
NanoVita, a DeSci project, announced the completion of its Series A funding round, reaching a post-money valuation of $20 million. The specific funding amount was not disclosed. Participants included K24 Ventures, LandScape Capital, and WestLabs. NanoVita is a decentralized science (DeSci) protocol that integrates nanotechnology, AI bio-intelligence, and real-world health data.
