Negotiations on the CLARITY bill are nearing completion with only a few contentious clauses remaining.

PANews reported on April 16th that, according to CoinDesk , negotiations in the US Congress regarding the " CLARITY Act " (crypto legislation) have only about two or three outstanding issues remaining. A Senate staffer described the draft bill as "very close" to completion in a JPMorgan report. Market participants expect that if the remaining contentious clauses are agreed upon without additional "piggybacking" clauses, the CLARITY Act could have a substantial impact on the US crypto asset regulatory framework and related market expectations in the coming quarter.
