PANews reported on April 19 that Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov held fruitful talks with TRON founder Justin Sun in the capital Bishkek. The two sides reached broad consensus on the application of TRON infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan, the ecosystem expansion of the national stablecoin KGST, and in-depth cooperation in the fields of AI and blockchain.

President Japarov stated that Kyrgyzstan aims to become a regional hub for virtual assets and Web3 technologies in Central Asia. Justin Sun indicated that Kyrgyzstan will provide comprehensive strategic support, encompassing specific proposals such as joint development of a sovereign large language model, the construction of a cryptocurrency exchange, digital banking services, and the construction of a hydroelectric-driven data center.
