A whale/institution sold aEthWETH at a 1.8% discount to retrieve ETH from Aave, resulting in a loss of 310 ETH.

PANews reported on April 21 that, according to a post by on-chain analyst Yu Jin, in addition to monitoring the transfer of the last 2,000 cbBTC from the "whale/institution that spent $500 million to buy BTC and ETH in early February" to Coinbase, in order to retrieve the 17,400 ETH stored on Aave, they directly sold their deposit certificates (aEthWETH) for ETH via Swap, losing 310 ETH ($720,000), a discount of about 1.8%. They then transferred the ETH they received back to Spark.

Since Aave currently suspends WETH withdrawals, there are two ways to withdraw ETH from Aave: exchange it for other assets (such as wstETH) or swap the deposit certificate (aEthWETH) for ETH, but the latter will have a certain discount.
