The Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority issued an investor warning to Zondacrypto due to the lack of a white paper.

PANews reported on May 9th that, according to Cointelegraph, the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority issued an investor warning to BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of the cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto, for failing to provide a white paper for the "TeamPL" cryptocurrency token on its website. This violates Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the EU MiCA framework, which requires that a white paper must remain publicly available on a website as long as the cryptocurrency remains publicly held. Previously, reports indicated that Zondacrypto was experiencing withdrawal problems, and Polish law enforcement had also launched an investigation into the exchange.
