PANews reported on May 12 that, according to CoinDesk, eBay's board of directors has rejected GameStop's approximately $56 billion acquisition offer, a deal that would be half cash and half stock. eBay stated that the offer was "neither credible nor attractive," and therefore the board unanimously rejected it.
