PANews reported on May 20 that, according to a report by ABC News on May 19, cited by Guancha.cn, the U.S. Department of Justice has signed an agreement to permanently prohibit the IRS from reviewing past tax returns filed by U.S. President Trump, his family, and companies. The Department of Justice also agreed to establish a nearly $1.8 billion fund to compensate Trump's allies who have been "unfairly prosecuted."
