Sources say the US is showing limited flexibility but will not compromise on nuclear demands and the Taiwan Strait issue.

PANews reported on May 20th, citing Al Jazeera, that sources indicated the Pakistani Interior Minister is currently in Tehran for a new round of talks. It is understood that the United States has increased its demands regarding Iran's nuclear program and the security of the Strait of Hormuz, while making it clear that it will not soften its stance on these two core issues. Sources stated that Washington has shown limited flexibility only in easing sanctions, while Iran remains unconvinced by US assurances regarding avoiding renewed conflict.
