Strategy completed a debt buyback and adjusted its capital structure; it did not increase its Bitcoin holdings last week.

PANews reported on May 26 that, according to the latest regulatory filing from Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), the company has completed a partial debt buyback and adjusted its capital structure. In the week ending May 25, Strategy did not make any new Bitcoin purchases, maintaining its existing holdings. This is a rare pause in buying after the company's recent continuous increases in Bitcoin holdings. The filing also shows that the company is optimizing its financing structure through debt management and capital markets operations to support its long-term Bitcoin reserve strategy.
