Coinbase partners with Standard Chartered to expand global multi-currency fiat currency access.

PANews reported on May 27 that Coinbase announced a partnership with Standard Chartered Bank to expand its global multi-currency funding access through Coinbase Prime, covering Australian dollars, Singapore dollars, Canadian dollars, Swiss francs, euros, and British pounds. Coinbase stated that this will improve capital efficiency, reduce foreign exchange friction, and enable institutions to seamlessly conduct global market business on a single platform through Coinbase Prime.
