OpenAI has discussed participating in an IPO with Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase.

PANews reported on May 30th that, according to Jinshi, sources familiar with the matter said OpenAI has discussed participating in its upcoming IPO with Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and others. Sources indicated that Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase may join Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in preparing for the listing. However, the sources stated that discussions with Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase do not guarantee their final participation in the IPO. Other investment banks may also eventually join.
