Fold was listed on Nasdaq, and its share price rose by more than 30%

PANews reported on February 19 that Bitcoin-rewarding financial services company Fold Holdings (FLD) was successfully listed on the Nasdaq through a SPAC merger with FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. on February 19, 2025. In the early days of listing, FLD's stock price rose by more than 30% to over $13, but then fell back to about $11.

Fold becomes the latest public company to hold Bitcoin on its balance sheet, currently holding 1,000 Bitcoins, worth approximately $96 million.
