Bitget launches the second anti-fraud month and joins hands with multiple institutions to build a Web3 security line of defense

PANews reported on June 3 that Bitget officially launched the second global "Anti-Scam Month" event, continuing to promote awareness of crypto fraud prevention. According to Chainalysis data, the losses caused by crypto fraud in 2024 have exceeded US$9.9 billion, an increase of 24% from 2020. Starting in 2024, Bitget will designate June of each year as "Anti-Scam Month" to help users improve their asset and privacy security protection capabilities through systematic educational activities.

This year's event is themed "Smarter Eyes, Stronger Shields", combining gamification, community stories and security knowledge to encourage users to enhance their awareness and ability to identify risks. Bitget also launched a new "Anti-Fraud" action page, and launched a series of activities such as the "Smart Glasses Avatar" event, a security blog column and the anti-fraud mini-game "Secret Agent Anti-Fraud Guard".

At the cooperation level, Bitget has joined forces with security organizations such as GoPlus, SlowMist, OneKey, BlockSec, Security Alliance, and Web3 projects such as Bitget Wallet, Morph, and Tapswap to jointly promote the construction of an encrypted security education ecosystem. In addition, Bitget will jointly release the "2025 Anti-Fraud Report" with SlowMist and Elliptic to systematically sort out current fraud trends and defense mechanism upgrade paths.
