PANews 8月25日消息，据DL News报道，一位接近调查的消息人士表示，Telegram创始人Pavel Durov将其私人飞机降落在法国巴黎郊外的布尔歇机场停机坪是一个错误，目前不知道为什么这趟航班会在法国降落，也不确定这趟航班是否仅仅是中途停留，但无论如何，Pavel Durov已被拘留。据悉，拘留Pavel Durov的逮捕令只有他在法国领土时才有效，他的飞机从阿塞拜疆起飞，随行包括保镖和一名女子。
