PANews reported on April 25 that according to Jinshi, Kashkari of the Federal Reserve said that it is up to Congress to regulate cryptocurrencies. He also said that cryptocurrencies are useless in developed economies; 15 years have passed and no practical application scenarios have been demonstrated.
