PANews reported on May 12 that CryptoQuant analyst CryptoMe said that now is the time to consider making a distribution plan (gradual selling). He pointed out that through the STH-SOPR data in the short-term holder (STH) indicator, it can be observed that when the indicator enters the green area, it is usually a good time to buy gradually, and the current market has shifted from the accumulation stage to the distribution stage.
CryptoMe emphasized that when the STH-SOPR indicator enters the red zone, it is usually a good time to start gradually selling and taking profits. Although these signals may not mark the absolute top of the market, the red zone is usually a reasonable and satisfactory allocation point in the overall trend. He suggested that investors adopt a gradual allocation approach rather than a one-time liquidation, so as to retain more chips for high-level selling when prices continue to rise.
