PANews 7月31日消息，比特股 (BitShares）论坛显示，核心开发者Abit于昨日发布了4.0版本升级，本次升级对于用户的投票权进行了调整。但据社区反映，此次升级之后改变了投票规则，但理事会和社区成员却并不知情，Abit也没有发起过投票。对此，不少成员颇为不满，认为比特股去中心化共识已被破坏，且新规则太强硬了。
