PANews 9月8日消息，据CoinDesk报道，由 Facebook 支持的 Diem（前名：Libra） 稳定币项目的前首席运营官 (COO) 伯特兰·佩雷斯 (Bertrand Perez) 将加入 Web3 基金会担任首席运营官。Web3 基金会是由以太坊联合创始人 Gavin Wood 掌舵，被称为 Polkadot 区块链背后的公司。Bertrand Perez在 Diem 工作两年之前，曾在 PayPal 担任了近八年的高级总监，拥有丰富的行业经验。他表示，想留在这个领域，并决定建立 Web3 基金会，它拥有令人难以置信的技术和美好的未来。
